The item you have received any damages, defective, or not as described on the website kindly follow the below format.
Go to after-sale > Select your order click on Return or Refund only option. Describe the reason for requesting also attach an image and submit a request. after reviewed by our team we will request to schedule pickup Hand over the package to the courier for returning the item
Note: Ensure to provide as much information as possible before completing the return as the product you return will be assessed and validated for a refund before it is accepted for a refund. If the stated issue is not found in the product you return claim for a refund will be rejected.
